Our approach began with a detailed discovery phase focused on BasikFit’s mission, audience, and market positioning. We conducted competitor research and user experience analysis to understand how customers browse and purchase performance footwear online. Using these insights, we built a user flow that emphasizes clarity and conversion, starting with a visually impactful homepage that communicates the AirPro X3’s key features. Large product photography, bold headlines, and concise messaging were used to capture attention and guide visitors toward action.


We structured the site with clear navigation, allowing users to explore product collections, learn about BasikFit’s history, and easily access support. Each page was designed to reinforce trust and authority, with the About section focused on storytelling, and the Contact page built to simplify inquiries and enhance customer service.
